Who you are

• You have significant experience of working as a graphic communications leader in an IKEA store, and an understanding of the IKEA graphic and visual identity.
• You are confident in communication, coaching and leading others.
• You have an education in graphic communication design, media and typography with knowledge and experience of using graphic design software and production tools.
• You have excellent verbal and written skills in the local language of the country.

A day in your life with us

• You use graphic design skills, the IKEA Concept and IKEA visual and copy identity to create and implement graphic solutions that are clear, consistent, understandable, uncluttered and correctly placed.
• You apply extensive knowledge of people’s life at home and their buying behaviour to improve graphic communication in the IKEA store to facilitate the buying process.
• You are the point of reference in your country on all matters relating to graphic design and store communication and secure effective implementation of global solutions.
