    Academic degree in engineering or equivalent
    5+ years of experience in a multi- site, global, large and complex organization, preferably in high-volume retail or commercial real estate
    Proven experience in working with sustainability and environmental topics from a facility/property management perspective.
    Fluent in Spanish and English

    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Strong expertise in facility/property management, building maintenance, and technical operations.
    • Understanding of local regulations, compliance requirements, and safety standards.
    • Familiarity with operational process optimization, continuous improvement methods, and digital FM tools.
    • Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, cost efficiency, and sustainability solutions.
    • Awareness of emerging technologies and innovative practices in the real estate and FM industry.

    Building strong relationships and working closely with stakeholders across functions.
    Collaborating and co‑creating to develop better ways of working.
    Focusing on creating customer value through safe, efficient, and sustainable spaces.
    Inspiring and clarifying, helping others understand new standards and improvements.
    Unleashing entrepreneurial spirit by proposing innovative ideas that boost performance and sustainability.
