    We are recruiting a Process Development Leader, Record to Report for our Group Finance Development & Operations team!

    Do you have the ability to drive process? Are you able to look at things holistically and help drive process developments as well as the use of systems? If so, then we are looking for you!

    As a Process Development Leader, Record to Report you will already have excellent knowledge of the IKEA brand, the business, and Ingka’s business operations. You will be passionate about creating an Ingka fit for the future and motivated by business growth as well as supporting the growth of the people around you.

    Project management is one of your key skills and you will have a good understanding of the project cycle from start to finish. You will know how to design, implement and follow up on initiatives, whilst using certain tools to ensure they are integrated effectively and efficiently, navigating the complexities of individual countries.

    You are analytical and have confidence in using data and new technologies for making business decisions. Whilst collaborating with different stakeholders, you are able to implement change and build strong alliances both across the business and outside of IKEA.

    Along with the capabilities mentioned above, you must also have the following experiences to be successful in the role:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance/ economics or a related field.
    • 5-7 years with increased responsibility in accounting or finance related field.
    • Strong ability to prioritize, provide clear directions and multitask.
    • Ingka business experience.
    • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
    • Proven skills in developing people and provide support, coaching, training, and career direction to others.

    This role is a permanent position and can be based in either Malmo, Sweden, or Amsterdam.
    Your responsibilities
    Working as part of the Group Finance Development & Operations function, you will play a pivotal part in securing the Ingka Group long-term profitability and growth through business transformation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include the following:

    • Lead a specific process design and prepare the basis for decisions with E2E process view and collaborate closely with relevant functions (Group Functions, GBO, Markets,
    and Digital, etc).
    • Secure consistency and interdependencies in the process development towards other connected processes.
    • Lead the implementation and establishment of the process ways of working and secure designed process efficiencies and effectiveness.
    • Assess and analyse the business benefit of identified process improvement potentials of specific processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives cross-
    functionally.
    • Lead the process documentation according to a defined framework, (process maps, working methods, task descriptions, measurement specifications and learning
    material,...)
    • Set up performance measurement (KPIs) for specific processes, secure connection with other processes and follow up on performance.
    • Lead initiatives and projects and act as a specific finance process representative contributing to other Ingka projects, e.g. new countries, new touchpoints, new business
    models etc.
    • Secure and maintain a connection with and between core areas, business owners, group functions, process teams within Ingka Group.
    • Secure cross-organisational readiness and continued business growth in terms of competence, performance and succession through enabling an end-to-end approach.
    • Ensuring a safe environment for co-workers and external consultants and contractors in accordance with Ingka policies.
