Who you are'- As an experienced people manager, you are passionate about people. You delegate responsibilities to your managers, based on their experience and skills, to help them in their personal growth and development.
- You have experience within sales or a customer and commercial oriented business.
- You have a good understanding of the local consumer market and our competitors and the knowhow to analyse sales and control costs.
- You have experience in drawing up and implementing action plans, managing budgets and following up targets.
Your responsibilities
'- You translate national IKEA strategy into a business plan for your IKEA store, in association with the other heads of department, to protect the position of IKEA as the leader in interior design on the local market.
- You understand your market, the customers and their living situations to improve the way the customers meet the range.
- You analyse sales results and trends, predict and optimise current and future commercial opportunities in a close working partnership with the stores, IKEA of Sweden and IKEA supply chain.
- You optimise sales and gross margin and profit within your department through competitive pricing.
- You work together with the managers in your team and other stakeholders to motivate them to take ownership of their part in achieving the overall goals and the IKEA objectives.
