Who you are

As a Food Operations Leader at IKEA, you will ensure that our food operations are safe, sustainable, efficient, and customer-focused. You’ll drive operational excellence and lead efforts to make our food offerings a unique and joyful experience with a Swedish touch. This role is essential for ensuring IKEA’s commitment to quality, affordability, and sustainability within our food business, helping customers enjoy high-quality, delicious, and convenient food options.

Your responsibilities

Lead and coach teams to achieve operational excellence across food logistics, production, customer service, and equipment management.

Ensure compliance with IKEA’s standards and local food safety regulations.

Monitor and enhance food operations, addressing any gaps to optimize business performance.

Develop and implement operational standards, KPIs, and processes to support business objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to integrate and optimize food-related activities within the commercial strategy.

Lead sustainability initiatives, including sustainable sourcing, waste reduction, and equipment optimization.

Train and develop coworkers in new food production methods, service techniques, and operational tools.
