Your responsibilities

As a Product Compliance Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that IKEA's Home Furnishing and Food products are safe, compliant, and of high quality. You will lead the product compliance work in the retail market, ensuring that regulations and standards are met at every step, from the moment the product enters the market to when it reaches our customers. Your efforts will help drive IKEA’s growth while safeguarding the trust and safety of our customers.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead product compliance efforts in the retail market to ensure all IKEA products are safe and comply with local and international regulations.

Monitor and report on national and industry-specific health, safety, and compliance standards.

Develop, implement, and ensure the adherence to product compliance processes, tools, and KPIs.

Manage product safety deviations and recall processes and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external authorities.

Collaborate with key stakeholders across different functions, including Communications, Sustainability, and Customer Fulfilment, to ensure a unified approach to product compliance.

Support Ffostering relationships with national consumer authorities to ensure compliance and reporting obligations are met.

Actively contribute to the Product Quality, Recovery, and Compliance (PQR&C) team’s objectives and outputs.
