As a Renewable Energy Accounting & Reporting Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:
act as a bridge between in-house accounting and external service provider,

take part in creating procedures, processes and schemes within accounting policy for new, fast-growing entities,

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
be responsible for providing accounting services for Ingka entities withing Renewable Energy Sector,
ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, laws regulations in Polish and group accounting,
verification and posting of journal vouchers, accruals,
preparation of tax filling, and checking VAT correctness,
reconciliation of GL accounts (balance and profit and loss ones) and intercompany balances,
actively participate in group/statutory closing schedule and execute assigned tasks as part of the monthly, yearly processes,
taking part in financial statement preparation (bi – monthly and at the end of the year),
CIT, WHT calculation / verification,
taking care of regular payment process,
being a contact person with auditors, tax advisers, group and others when needed,
supporting the Accounting and Reporting Manager in projects, developments and ad hoc tasks.


OUR REQUIREMENTS:
expert knowledge of accounting, finance and tax principles at a high professional level (i.e. can share and teach others),
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Economics or similar, or completed accounting courses,
at least 3 years’ experience in accounting/finance in an international company or accounting office,
Polish tax knowledge, especially VAT, CIT and WHT legislation,
ability to work independently with attention to detail,
fluent in Polish and English,
experience in using accounting systems e.g. preferably Dynamics, Navision, SAP,
good MS Office skills ( Word, Excel, Power Point).
