SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; 24-hour emergency response; Work schedules are published one month in advance

PAY – The starting rates/salary for this position range from $71,486 to $104,006 and will be based on relevant work experience

What you'll be doing day to day

You’ll be leading all Facility Management (FM) aspects through the unit FM teams, in one or more specific units to optimize the value and efficiency of each property in a sustainable way.

• Providing a safe and operational environment for the business, co-workers, and customers.

• Implementing property management innovations, digital and technical solutions.

• Ensuring that co-workers, service providers and external partners understand all FM guidelines and initiatives.

• Managing long term planning, budget estimation, execution, follow up, forecasting and reporting within the FM scope.

• Implementing and evaluating supplier contracts to improve efficiencies, costs, equipment, and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managerial Facilities role, or similar.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and coordinating with external service providers

• Experience working with sustainability from a facility management perspective
