Your responsibilities
• Your day-to-day tasks will involve designing, developing, and implementing Portal /Employee Center Pro, Performance Analytics, Live Chat/ Virtual Agent, Integration - Scripted REST API, Knowledge Management, Case Management, Service Catalog, HRSD Security, ATF.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documentation.
• Develop and optimize user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, etc.).
• Implement responsive designs that are compatible with various devices and screen sizes.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems and APIs.
• Document test procedures, results, and defects, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated test scripts and testing environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in ServiceNow and automated testing technologies.

We prefer

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any engineering equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow HRSD with knowledge and expertise in one or more of the following modules: Portal Development /Employee Center Pro, Performance Analytics, Live Chat/ Virtual Agent, Integration - Scripted REST API, Knowledge Management, Case Management, Service Catalog, HRSD Security, ATF
• Experience in implementing, rolling out, and maintaining ServiceNow (HRSD) as a platform that is a part of the rest of the digital landscape.
• You have experience working in Agile and DevOps set-ups with self-organizing cross-functional teams, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong business and technical vision
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in ServiceNow with the certifications preferred: CAD, CIS HR, HRSD Professional
• SN platform architecture & related products. HR scoped applications especially HR Service Portal, Knowledge base, HR Case Management, Virtual Agent, Integration Hub, Access Management, Data model, Automated Testing framework (ATF), and Reporting.
