    To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
    • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience within the shopping centre, retail, or commercial property industry.
    • At least 3 years of experience leading and developing teams.
    • Proven commercial track record within specialty leasing, sales, partnerships, sponsorships, advertising, or related commercial areas.
    • Established commercial network across European markets.
    • Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset, with the ability to balance partner value with business objectives.
    • Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to performance optimization and sustainable growth.
    • University degree or equivalent professional experience.

    A day in your life with us

    As Markets Sales Team Leader for North East Europe & North America, you will be responsible for leading the Markets Sales Team and driving the development and execution of the Sales and Mall Income Strategy across a portfolio of 16 Meeting Places.
    Your focus will be on identifying and developing non-leasing income opportunities that strengthen the commercial performance of our Meeting Places while contributing to long-term growth and partner value.
    You will lead, coach, and develop a team of commercial specialists, creating the conditions for success through competence development, collaboration, and clear direction. Together with colleagues across Leasing, Marketing, Digital, and Operations, you will identify new opportunities, optimize existing income streams, and ensure strong commercial execution across the markets.
    Additionally, you will:
    • Develop and execute the Sales and Mall Income Strategy across North East Europe and North America.
    • Lead, coach, and develop the Markets Sales Team to deliver high-quality commercial support to Meeting Places.
    • Support Market and Meeting Place teams in localizing global commercial initiatives and optimizing local income opportunities.
    • Collaborate closely with Meeting Place Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize non-leasing income.
    • Lead strategic negotiations with key partners within advertising, sponsorships, events, and brand activation.
    • Support Meeting Places in local commercial negotiations and the creation of compelling commercial packages.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to expand commercial income streams.
    • Drive new and repeat business opportunities through partnerships with agencies, content providers, media partners, and brands.
    • Analyze market trends, commercial performance, opportunities, and risks to guide strategic decision-making.
    • Identify and share best practices across markets while developing mitigation plans that support sustainable income growth.
    In this position, you will report to the Market Sales & Leasing Manager and work closely with stakeholders across North East Europe and North America.
