    You are a seasoned Technology Leader who can lead the Digital Portfolio and Adoption in Ikea India with focus on business, co-worker and customer experience. Ensure impactful deployment of digital solutions, adoption and value realization. Manage the country digital roadmap, prioritize initiatives, own business cases and ensure resource efficiency.
    To be successful in this role, you have:
    • Lead the Launch & Leverage area in a small/medium country with focus on co-worker and customer experience. Ensure efficient and impactful deployment of digital solutions to ensure adoption and value realization. Manage the country digital roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
    • 17+ years of overall experience with a strong track record in Technical Program Management, Digital Transformation, Systems, and Omnichannel initiatives.
    • Proven experience in managing large-scale portfolios, program launches, and deployments from planning to execution.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex programs in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in P&L management and driving business outcomes through technology initiatives.
    • Hands-on expertise in technology, system design, and architecture concepts.
    • Strong understanding of networking concepts, cloud technologies, and web server architecture.
    • Knowledge of low-code platforms and emerging technologies, including prompt engineering.
    • Ability to bridge business and technology requirements to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Seasoned technology professional with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change across cross-functional teams.

    Qualification Requirements

    • University degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
    • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience leading teams and delivering complex programs.

    Your responsibilities

    Responsibilities: -
    • Lead a team of co-workers to implement digital solutions using the recommended global frameworks, ensuring adoption, value realization, and business impact.
    • Manage the country digital roadmap, ensuring prioritization, orchestration, execution. In smaller countries, this role is also accountable for the digital expansion agenda and product & requirements management.
    • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to drive successful digital product launches through effective change management. Provide feedback to refine the launch approach and ensure results through well-coordinated, collaborative efforts.
    • Facilitate the prioritization, planning, and governance process for all digital launches in alignment with business plan, ensuring digital initiatives are effectively managed and resourced.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of co-workers, ensuring alignment with the vision, delivery process, and responsibilities. Set team and individual goals, monitor progress, and implement improvements to enhance performance and drive continuous improvements.
