    We are seeking a Product Specialist to focus on end user devices—including laptops, desktops, and print solutions—for our many colleagues.

    Have a strong background in unified endpoint management solutions

    Love being creative through agile analysis techniques for creating user stories and business justifications.

    Is a team player who takes ownership, builds cross-functional relationships with peers and loves sharing knowledge with others

    Have experience working with large enterprise device management systems

    Appreciate the mix of strategic thinking and turning engineering trends into practice

    Energized by working both independently and interdependently and cross functions

    Intermediate analytical capabilities, including both quantitative and qualitative analysis

    Delivery focused with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues

    Proactively manage relevant stakeholders

    Is curious, self-directed and want to keep learning!



    Key previous experience and skills needed:

    Proven work on owning outcomes and influencing product decisions

    Demonstrable experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up

    Demonstrable experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis

    Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data

    8+ years of proven experience in digital product development.

    5+ years of proven experience in End User Computing focusing on client management and Print management

    8+ years of proven work with enterprise, global stakeholders

    Strong communication skills with global business and technical stakeholders

    Strong collaboration skills across international product and engineering teams

    This mean that you will:


    Responsible for all product related analysis, utilizing both customer and product data

    Support the product owner in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights

    Supporting the Product Owner in writing user stories

    To test, analyze and validate the actual impact of the product to make sure the product reaches its goals

    Where needed, (and directed by the Product Manager/Owner) work with co-workers to understand and quantify their needs and requirements, ensuring they are included and integrated into the product as needed

    Work cross functional to ensure that the agile team has what is needs and remove blockers that prevent the agile team to maximize the delivery of digital products
