    Your responsibilities

    • To be responsible for operating and maintaining one or more highly reliable and stable group of platforms.
    • Lead and coach product owners and technical leads, and promote modern principles, proper tools and increase of automation to enable the specified business outcomes.
    • To balance the need to implement the platform roadmap with ensuring platform functionality and satisfying the on-going needs of the product development teams.
    • To guide and support the platform operations owners in their daily work.
    • To drive service improvements for one or more platforms. Understand and measure the value the platform delivers to the organization.

    ASSIGNMENTS
    • Responsible for all aspects of IT service delivery for one or more platforms within the assigned platform area
    • Lead and operate in all aspects of IT Service Delivery including ensuring compliance with legislations, policies and other requirements
    • Lead and promote good practices to improve time to market and fulfill business needs
    • Educate other platform operations owners in ways of working, encouraging good practices to meet consumer expectations on service delivery
    • Take responsibility for cooperation and alignment with key stakeholders within Ingka and Inter IKEA with interdependencies towards Group Digital to improve our service deliveries
    • Lead and coach in change activities in different environments to secure functionality and availability
    • Identify, continuously explore, and evaluate new technologies and benchmark against industry standards, in order to boost innovation and productivity for optimization/modifications to the current service deliveries
    • Proactively manage relevant organizational processes, to drive an intended outcome
    • Responsible for operational supplier management, e.g. responsibility for operational delivery and handling of system failures and new version rollouts for one or more platforms
    • Establish internal and external agreements as required to fulfil Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the platform(s)
    • Manage platform budget, e.g. budget and forecasts, follow up cost development and proactively drive improvements in cost efficiency
    • Continually review and align license forecast and ensure license compliance
    • Support the Platform Operations Manager/ Engineering Manager with insights for balancing the need to implement the platform roadmap and ensuring platform availability and performance
    • Support the Platform Operations Manager/ Engineering Manager with managing successful releases of changes to the applications as needed
    • Support the Platform Area Manager/Engineering Manager with the development strategies at the domain/core business level
    • Engage with Platform Engineering Manager/ Engineering Manager in order to secure sufficient resources and functional expertise required for run-related changes
    • Support the Platform Engineering Manager/ Engineering Manager in creating the tactical roadmaps for one or more platforms
    • Support the Platform Operations Manager/Engineering Manager with coaching and developing team members on functional expertise and with know-how within the areas of processes, stakeholder management, and ways of working
    • Participate in the senior platform operations owner network within group digital
