    '- A minimum basic understanding of P&C processes and the co-worker lifecycle
    - Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
    - High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    - Teamplayer, close collaboration and alignment needed in the extended project team
    - High learning ability, curious and open-minded towards change
    - Digital mindset with at least a basic understanding of Service Delivery and Process Governance
    - As an advantage but not mandatory: Understanding of Job Architecture principles, governance and impact across Talent, - Compensation & Recruitment
    - Project and Change Management with strong planning and prioritization skills
    - Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
    - Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills, both individual and in collaboration

    Your responsibilities

    '- Lead project streams end-to-end, secure project scope and alignment/interdependencies, secure deliverables in high quality, legal requirements, time and sequencing: Job Architecture, Learning Content, Translation, Proofreading
    - Capture and share learnings in the country and with matrix
    - Main speaking partner for global stakeholder of main area of expertise
    - Enable successful change management. Secure communication and alignment points between the project streams and all internal/external partners
