    Additional Information:
    • This role is permanent, full-time
    • Location of role is IKEA Distribution Centre, Marsden Park
    • Internal job title Fulfilment & Replenishment Operations Team Leader
    • This role requires availability to work 5:00am-2:00pm shifts, 9 shifts per fortnight, including alternating weekends (every second weekend) to support operational coverage requirements.
    • As part of the recruitment process, final candidates will be required to complete pre-employment checks, including a medical assessment and National Police Check.

    About this work area

    As Warehouse Team Leader, you will lead daily operations within a fast-paced distribution environment, ensuring operational excellence, goods availability and team performance. You will play a critical role in creating a safe and efficient operation while coaching and developing co-workers to deliver outstanding business and customer outcomes.

    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Leading and developing Operations Co-workers by providing coaching, feedback and support to build a high-performing team and future talent pipeline.
    • Driving operational excellence through effective planning of people, shifts and equipment resources to deliver efficient daily operations, meet volume demands and achieve operational goals.
    • Creating and maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health, safety, security and environmental requirements, while promoting a strong safety culture across the team.



    As a Fulfilment & Replenishment Operations Team Leader, you are:

    • An experienced leader who enjoys coaching, developing and motivating others to deliver strong business results.
    • Knowledgeable in warehouse, fulfilment, replenishment or logistics operations, with the ability to prioritise workloads and drive operational performance.
    • Passionate about creating a safe workplace and leading by example to ensure health, safety and wellbeing remain a daily focus.
    • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
    • A strong communicator who builds trust, collaborates effectively and can make sound decisions while balancing operational priorities.
