    • At least 1–2 years of experience in leading people, with a proven ability to deliver results and develop teams.
    • Experience in setting priorities, delegating tasks and giving clear, honest feedback.
    • Good understanding of logistics or operational processes and how to work together with different stakeholders to achieve efficient execution.
    • The ability to work in a fast-changing environment and handle the unexpected.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with different people in different situations.
    • Basic understanding of budgets, costs and performance indicators and how to use them to plan and follow up the business.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence using both Serbian and English, spoken and written.

    About the job:
    As a Logistic Operations Team Leader, you will lead daily logistics activities in the store, ensuring efficient goods flow, high product availability and safe, cost-effective operations. You will coach and develop your team and create a positive, inclusive and safe working environment while keeping the customer in focus.

    Your day-to-day responsibilities:
    • Lead and support co-workers in the assigned logistics area to secure high product availability and smooth operations at the lowest possible cost.
    • Recruit, onboard, develop and retain team members, building a strong and diverse team and supporting future succession.
    • Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with IKEA standards, internal regulations and local legislation related to health, safety, security and environment.
    • Plan and coordinate daily operations, including people, shifts and equipment, to meet business needs and seasonal demands.
    • Support the implementation of local business plans and projects and contribute to continuous improvement of ways of working.
    • Create awareness within the team to prevent damages and improve quality in handling goods.
    • Support sustainability initiatives within logistics operations in line with IKEA goals.
