    You are an experienced real estate and facility management professional with strong expertise in managing property operations, maintenance, and real estate performance. You bring strategic insight and operational leadership to ensure properties are safe, compliant, sustainable, and cost-efficient while supporting business growth. You collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, drive innovation in property management practices, and contribute to long-term real estate strategies aligned with business objectives.

    Your responsibilities

    • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to units and projects responsible for executing Real Estate operations and maintenance & management activities, ensuring adherence to the local regulations and Ingka's framework. Lead the implementation, communication and evaluation of new construction techniques, initiatives, property and facility management practices, collaborating with the Group Real Estate's Center of Expertise to maintain Ingka Real Estate’s industry leadership. Develop competencies with key stakeholders and other support functions towards enhancing and leading performance

    • Within the area of expertise, define and develop comprehensive standards, guidelines, methods, tools, best practices, and innovative solutions to ensure the effective maintenance and optimization of each property’s value and efficiency. Ensure these processes are safe, compliant, sustainable, and aligned with country's business needs. Ensure compliance with Ingka policies, standards, and guidelines at the country level across all aspects of property and facility management. Support the selection and implementation of innovations, digital tools, and technical solutions to optimize property operations, maintenance, and overall Real Estate performance at the country level.

    • Contribute to goal setting and budgeting for the country, supporting both long-term and short-term business plans. Assist in cost control by promoting lean, simple, and cost-conscious practices, driving more efficient ways of working.

    • Responsible for sharing of knowledge & best practices, and cross-functional collaboration between internal & external stakeholders to support business growth, enhance operational performance, and maintain the overall success of Real Estate initiatives across the country. Organize and participate in global subject matter meetings to exchange solutions, drive cross-country collaboration, and continuously improve organizational performance. Lead industry benchmarking
    for property management solutions, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process and performance enhancements within the Real Estate organization.
