    Your responsibilities

    • Lead the Selling, Customer Experience Departments and work in collaboration with the Operations team and others to secure a seamless and omnichannel shopping experience.
    • Deliver and lead the omnichannel and commercial action plan and the commercial calendar for the store.
    • Drive sales and optimize profitability in the store using the knowledge of the range, local market, competition and customers.
    • Initiate and facilitate all the processes of the working method for presenting the IKEA range that leads the store team to a relevant, sustainable and inspiring range presentation, an optimal store layout and effective and efficient store communication.

    To be considered for this role you must fulfil the following requirements:
    • Experience in working through others, setting priorities, delegating responsibility, and giving open and honest feedback.
    • Experience of working as a management team member with proven ability to make a difference by positively influencing the business directly as well as through good collaboration.
    • Previous leadership of large teams or groups.
