    About the job
    Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this Generalist secures HR subject matter expertise, lead the unit HR team, process HR operations matters and ensure that the HR strategies are translated into action in the most effective and efficient way in order to fulfil the purpose of the HR function.

    Your assignment
    The HR Strategy supports the overall direction of the business and will be achieved by:

    • Building a stable and solid HR foundation with well- defined HR processes that is capable of executing at a high level every day;
    • Providing support and guidance in the recruitment process and in co-worker engagement programs using the framework to be able to attract and keep co-workers engaged;
    • Participating in the development of HR objectives and systems to continually improve the efficiency of the team and organization as a whole and to improve the co-workers’ experience;
    • Guided by our strong company culture and values, be able to establish a leadership that can grow the business through people.
    • Act as Project Manager for Annual People Cycle Activities

    Qualification

    Qualifications

    • With at least 5 years of relevant HR work experience;
    • Strong values with a clear inner core of purpose – driven leadership;
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality;
    • Has a desire to support and improve current business and to improve work processes to make them more effective and efficient;
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and possibly high-pressure environment, with given deadline and schedules;
    • Computer literate with superior knowledge in MS Office and other HR related systems;
    • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies;
    • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.

    More Information

    This role requires flexibility in work hours, work schedule is approximately 40 hours per week on the average, depending on store operational requirements. Working on public holidays and weekends.
