You have / are:
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of employee and employer rights and obligations, and of mediation in relations between employees, employers, trade unions and government organizations.
• The ability to identify, assess, encourage and facilitate employee performance against organizational and individual objectives.
• The skills needed to onboard employees to the organization, the team and the work tasks in an effective manner that simultaneously improves performance.
• The ability to express opinions and ideas effectively in written and verbal communication.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
• The ability to network and motivate people around you, both at team and organizational level.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Slovenian language skills.

What you'll be doing day to day

• Execute all operational People tasks related to P&C at unit level to deliver an excellent co-worker experience.
• Support the building of local business competence & performance by setting and working on relevant People goals.
• Support the managers and co-workers for them to be able to deliver their result and create an excellent customer meeting point.
• Ensure recruitment and on-boarding of the right talents in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure and execute delivery of learning & trainings.
• Securing engagement and retention by understanding the conditions of our co-workers.
• Implement Health and Wellbeing initiatives.
• Ensure local employer communication is consistent, well perceived and builds on the IKEA brand.
• Implement a co-worker relations plan aligned with local policies, procedures and laws.
