Job description
  • Maintenance of building & structure, electrical and mechanical system such as; Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, Elevator, Escalator, Fire-Fighting installation, Hoisting, Natural Gas, PA, Sewage Pre-Treatment Plant, Grease Trap, Pump, Water Fountain, Sump Pit, Floor, Roof, Walls, Signage, Plumbing and BMS. 
  • Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Carry out inspection, testing and maintenance using ITM checklist.
  • Attend on Tenants complaint.
  • Assist Supervisor in the daily operation.
  • Work order / Job request management.
  • Asset tagging.
  • Monitor and attend to contractors and sub contactors for maintenance work.
  • Electrical, Working at Height, Hot Work and Confined Space Entry safety awareness/ prevention.  
  • 5S.
  • Green building and energy efficiency projects.

  •  MLVK / SKM / Certificate or Diploma in Electrical /  Mechanical / Civil / Air Conditioning / Building or  Mechatronic.
  • Chargeman, Wireman or CIDB Certificate. (will be added advantage)
  • 3 Year Relevant Experience.
