Who you are
Do you want to be a part of developing a new IKEA? We are looking for a Production Food Team Leader for our city store in Copenhagen.

IKEA Copenhagen is IKEA Denmark’s first city store and one of three Customer Meeting Points in the greater Copenhagen area, where we will bring IKEA closer to the many people. With the new IKEA Copenhagen city store, we aim to create a convenient omnichannel customer experience and a popular meeting place for the many Copenhageners.

WHO ARE YOU
We are looking for you who have experience in the production area of Food. Now you are ready to take the next step in your career, where you will develop your leadership skills, and operational knowledge and be in the forefront of creating a new concept in IKEA. You will lead and develop the restaurant operations and secure a strong foundation for a great customer experience. You are a structured leader with proven skills working with food safety, cost management and logistics. Your passion sits with developing your team, you are a team player who shows and demonstrates the connection between efficient operations and a great customer experience.

We expect that you have the following qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience as a leader in IKEA and proven results in meeting goals together with your team.
• Structured leader with a passion for developing people and a role model for operational excellence in Food.
• Experience working with waste management, dimensioning, food safety and inventory.
• You are not afraid to explore new ways of operating the food business and you hold people responsible for always providing a safe and high-quality of food.
A day in your life with us
Daily management of employees, holding interviews, salary talks, development management and all other employee-related matters. You will work with improving operations in the full food function with a focus on the customer experience in the Restaurant. You will have a leading role to explore ways of working to create efficient collaborations between food departments together with your leader colleague in the kitchen.

Other information
• This position is for an average of 37 hours pr. week on an individual contract.
• Your working time will vary based on the business need but with large flexibility within the working week. You will have both evening and weekend work.
• Salary within IKEA’s salary policy is based on your competence and includes pension.
• We have various staff benefits including private health insurance, massage, staff canteen, staff discount, a discount club with external partners, yearly gift, and bonus.
• We want you to start 1st of April 2025.
