IKEA Exeter are looking to welcome two Weekend Customer Service Assistants to join our close-knit, friendly team.

This is your opportunity to be the friendly face that helps create unforgettable experiences for our many in-store guests. If you have an enthusiastic way of working, and enjoy providing great customer service, we want to hear from you!

This is a weekend-only role, where you will work both Saturdays and Sundays.

WHAT WE OFFER
• The Start Date of employment will be 14 and 15 December 2024.
• Hourly rate of £12.00 per hour.
• This is a weekend-only (12 hours a week) contract, working every Saturdays and Sundays. Ideal for those who have other commitments through the week.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• You have a pro-active approach, love multi-tasking, and are passionate about being part of the team but also can work independently.
• You have a customer first mindset, where you make the customer feel valued and supported in everything you do.
• You are computer literate and able to work with technology.
• The confidence to maintain composure and patience when dealing with a variety of customers and complex complaints.
• You have the ability to work full days on Saturdays and Sundays.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• You will use your knowledge, resilience and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints, dealing positively and quickly with any issues raised.
• You ensure accurate handling of all returned products, highlighting and escalating any product issues immediately.
• Supporting customers experiencing difficulties in product assembly and where needed be able to order and exchange spare parts.
• Serving our many guests in a fast and efficient manner on tills.
