    • IKEA Finland has opened the IKEA Market Customer Distribution Center aka MCDC in Lommila, Espoo, which will serve as a centralized warehouse for customer deliveries across Finland.
    In addition, the distribution center features a pick-up point and Finland’s largest pick-up lockers, providing convenient service especially for customers in the capital area.
    Finland is the first IKEA country to integrate traditional distribution center’s operations and a customer order pick-up point under one roof.

    ✔ You communicate fluently in Finnish and/or English, and you are at least 18 years old.

    Forklift driving skills are considered an advantage, but not essential (you will get training from us if necessary).

    A day in your life with us
    In MCDC you have an important role in creating a great customer experience by securing we have products in stock and by that contribute to our total sales.

    You handle products (unloading, replenishment, picking) while always securing safe and correct ways of working – safety of our co-workers and customers always comes first.

    You will be meeting customers and be contacted by customer. We are doing order handout every day to the customers (handout, handling reclamations, after sales, services).

As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs.     This position is permanent, and we offer 12-30h weekly hourly contracts, and you can indicate what kind of hourly contract you are interested in on the application form.
