    • Implement a comprehensive store marketing plan aligned with country strategy, commercial priorities, and market insights, ensuring it supports the store's business goals and customer experience.
    • Collaborate with store and customer teams to plan and execute activities that drive visitation, revisitation, and customer conversion, with a focus on IKEA Family initiatives and partnerships to increase household penetration and loyalty.
    • Analyze customer feedback, IKEA Family data, and store performance to identify business opportunities within the PMA. Use these insights to amplify IKEA’s local impact in collaboration with SO Marketing, ensuring cost-effective execution.
    • Work closely with SO Marketing, Communications, and Customer Engagement teams to create local relevant content that enhances the in-store experience and supports long-term customer relationships.
    • Proactively participate in SO marketing forums to address opportunities for scalable initiatives based on market insights. Undertake additional tasks and global/local projects to drive IKEA’s retail operations forward.
