· 3-5 years of experience working in indirect procurement, specifically with Construction and Retail Fit-out Projects or Contracts work with Engineering and Technical Consultants.

· 3-5 years of experience from working in cross functional teams

· Familiarity with Construction Project Delivery Methods and Contract Types

· 3-5 years in procurement with construction project contracting or engineering / technical consultant agreements.

· Good negotiation skills for small to medium size projects $100,000 – over $10,000,000

· Contract Formation and Contract Management Skills

· Experience in SAP procurement tools such as ARIBA/S4Hana

· Experience working with SharePoint, Power BI and Microsoft Office

· Able to lead by example and share the IKEA values

What you'll be doing day to day

What you'll be doing day to day

· Build and maintain trustful relationships with business partners and project stakeholders to align plans and drive project procurement within the Construction and Fit-out Category.

· Execute project procurement activities ensuring a strategic and professional approach to sourcing, using excellent negotiation skills to optimize and drive out costs and obtain best value for IKEA.

· Drive supplier management and supplier performance securing compliance of IWAY, Business Ethics, and the IKEA Code of Conduct

· Continuously monitor the supplier market and give input to business partners on sourcing options, supplier market and market trends.

· Communicate, collaborate and deliver commercial business priorities with colleagues across departments/projects as one cross-functional team
