We enable Ingka and our people to grow sustainably, through modern & efficient human resource technology, leading the group’s digital agenda in sub-domains involving Talent, Total Rewards, People Management and People Planning.
The Opportunity
We have an opportunity with us for a Product Specialist in the Total Rewards sub-domain, with overall exposure to all products and initiatives in the sub-domain based on project needs. The Product Specialist supports solutions in the product areas assigned, working closely with the Product Owner, business, engineering and other digital stakeholders throughout all phases of the needs assessment, requirements gathering, and application development and maintenance lifecycle. He/She shall be working on projects, demands, consulting with users/ clients about designing, ongoing changes, in assigned products/ product area. Supports product owners in making tactical decisions by measuring, analysing and reporting on the performance of digital products. Serves as subject matter expert for product team members and other co-workers, providing insights, context and additional information as needed to help understanding of what is required in Total Rewards.

Location: Banyanhult, Bengaluru, India
Your responsibilities
• Measure, analyse and report on the performance of the Digital Products against business goals and KPIs
• Responsible for all product related analysis, utilizing both customer and product data
• Support the product owner in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights
• Supporting the Product Owner in writing user stories
• To develop extensive knowledge of the stakeholders’ (Product Manager & other business stakeholders) needs and interpret and share that knowledge with the product team, providing context, as needed to ensure what they develop and deliver what is expected.
• To test, analyse and validate the actual impact of the product to make sure the product reaches its goals.
• Where needed, (and directed by the Product Manager/Owner) work with co-workers to understand and quantify their needs and requirements, ensuring they are included and integrated into the product as needed.
• Work cross-functional to ensure that the agile team has what is needs and remove blockers that prevent the agile team to maximize the delivery of digital products.
We Prefer
• A minimum 8-10 years of sound product and subject matter experience in Total Rewards, supporting processes and solutions.
• Experience handling Business Stakeholders as a Subject Matter Expert in the process and product area, capable of identifying and understanding requirements end to end and speak to solutions and processes.
• Interpreting requirements into secure, sustainable and scalable technical solutions.
• Experience in transformation projects in the People Domain.
• Strong technical aptitude and experience in HR Technology ecosystems.
• Project experience in an agile environment.
• Some experience in delivering technical design documents, systems security and privacy assessments.
• Experience working in a global environment/ deployment, global processes, with remote teams.
• Exposure to SAP/SuccessFactors/ ADP-GV/ Total Rewards Solutions.

We expect that you understand the complexities in product support within the domain area, with hands-on product knowledge, experience in handling systems and solutions related to Total Rewards. You will be working from Bengaluru, India, with remote teams based in our hubs in Malmo & Helsingborg, Sweden
