  • We at IKEA Leeds are looking to welcome a Replenishment Manager to join the team as what we call a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader.

    At IKEA Leeds, we're looking for an experienced Replenishment Manager to lead our Fulfilment Operations team. You'll be responsible for ensuring outstanding product availability, leading a high-performing replenishment team, and driving operational excellence to deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you have experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail, logistics, warehouse or supply chain environment, we'd love to hear from you.

    WHAT WE OFFER

    • The Start Date of employment will be discussed at interview. September 2026
    • 39 Hours working 5 days per week, shifts from either 02.00am - 10.30am, 4.00am - 12.30pm with flexibility 15.30pm where essential and alternate weekends.
    • This role offer a salary starting from £29,215 per annum, based on skills & experience. Night shift allowance £2.25 per hour applies for hours worked between 10.00pm - 6.00am

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • Experience leading a large team in a busy retail environment, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate effectively.
    •A clear focus on customer satisfaction, skill in meeting budgets and goals, and the confidence to make swift decisions and take initiative.
    • Effective communication skills that can assist in building relationships with co-workers and customers cross functionally. With a commitment to promoting a positive work environment while upholding ethical principles.
    • The ability to implement structured ways of working, keen problem-solving skills, and solid computer literacy.
    • Motivated to contribute fresh ideas and work seamlessly with cross-functional partners to ensure our replenishment operations are always efficient and on schedule.
    • Solid understanding of retail and logistics processes, tools, and best practices..
    • Knowledge of various leadership styles and the ability to tailor your approach to different situations and individual needs.
    • Understanding of budgets, costs, and key performance indicators to effectively plan, monitor, and steer operations.


    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON THE DAY TO DAY

    • Ensure efficient daily operations within the replenishment department guaranteeing products are available for our customers to directly support sales and increase customer satisfaction.
    • Responsible for coaching, developing and inspiring a motivated team, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being.
    • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to IKEA health, safety, and security regulations and Code of Conduct.
    • Work with the team to reach business goals, review workloads to ensure daily volume handling and meet seasonal demands, all while keeping costs low.
