    THE JOURNEY WE ARE ON
    Identity & Access Management (IAM) is a vital part of Ingka Group ensuring a secure and friction free digital identity experience for co-workers and partners.

    IAM is part of Technology Services, where we are currently on a journey transforming our operating model to ensure personalized and relevant experience for our business & digital co-workers.

    Another key part of this transformation is to take a broader security framework responsibility of Identity & Access Management across the enterprise. Ensuring security guidance and maturity independently of digital products delivered as part of the IAM area or by another part of the organisation.

    Your responsibilities

    To play a successful role in this team, we are looking for an IT Practice Leader who encompasses:
    - Define the policy standards and framework for IAM at Ingka Group.
    - Lead in the overall identification of gaps in agreed goals and strategy of IAM, as well as deviations in the implementation of the framework throughout Ingka Group.
    - Responsible to lead the implementation of security control standards and security compliance frameworks, building compliance towards laws and regulations supporting business domains.
    - Provide guidance on IAM implementation for new platforms and internal consumers.
    - Coordinate with different audits (internal and external) impacting IAM at Ingka Group.

    PREFERED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
    Basic Requirements
    - 7 years of experience working with Identity & Access Management governance and security processes.
    - 5 years of experience working with security audits and security compliance frameworks e.g. NIST, ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS.
    - Experience working with software or/and system engineering
    - Experience in leading program or project management.

    - Excellent ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders and business partners through effective collaboration and delivery of results.
    - Ability to lead and work with longer-term strategic agendas and operations with focus of the end-to-end service delivery.
    - Strong influential and versatile leadership that inspires, clarifies and guides individuals on objectives and expands the circle of influence/impact in the value chain.
    - Strong ability to navigate and lead business and people in a complex, ambiguous and fast-changing business and IT environment.
    - Ability to demonstrate a data informed and outcome-driven mindset.

    The role is based in Bangalore, India. This role will report to the Engineering Domain Manager.
