    Responsible for consistent excellent shopping experience, act upon customer feedback, implementation the global and national compliance
    standards and contributing to the overall food competence in the store.

    • You have a good understanding of national business direction.
    • You are knowledgeable about consumer and market research.
    • You have a good understanding of customer buying behaviour.
    • You are knowledgeable about the IKEA Food range and food range presentation.
    • You are aware of food trends.
    • You have basic knowledge of the IKEA product range, including service products.
    • You are computer literate.

    Your responsibilities

    • Contributes to the implementation the global and national compliance standards in the area of
    responsibility to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers
    • Ensure that every customer has a consistently excellent shopping experience by supporting,
    challenging and coaching co-workers to see through a customer’s eyes
    • Ensure the appropriate processes followed and actions are taken on a daily basis to secure food safety, standards and reduce waste
    • Implement the retail foundation and sales steering tools are in place to optimise commerciality and secure excellence in operations
    • Contribute to the implementation of the unit IKEA Retail Food commercial plan and communication strategy
    • Act upon customer feedback, recognising good customer service and taking appropriate action to avoid repeated problems
    • Build the competence of the team through regular coaching, support and encouragement
    • Contribute to identifying, recruiting, introduce and developing the many talents in the department
    • Implement of the global and national people and sustainability strategies
