    • Extensive experience in AEM, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform or similar enterprise MarTech platforms
    • Solid understanding of CRM, customer journeys, audience strategy, personalisation and marketing automation
    • Experience working across Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data and external implementation partners in complex delivery environments.
    • Good understanding of MarTech architecture, integrations and customer data platforms.
    • Experience supporting implementation through to business readiness, adoption and handover, not only technical delivery.

    • Solid stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to translate marketing needs into technology-enabled outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY TO DAY:

    • Manage the business-facing implementation of enterprise MarTech capabilities, with particular focus on Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as AEM, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platform, as applicable
    • Translate marketing goals and customer experience goals into practical, technology-enabled solutions and priorities
    • Work across Marketing, Digital, Technology, Data and business teams to support implementation and adoption.
    • Help shape and enable audience segmentation, personalised journeys, trigger-based communications and omnichannel campaign delivery.
    • Partner with external implementation partners, system integrators and vendors to support effective delivery
    • Support business readiness activity including training, adoption, hypercare and operational handover.
    • Bring external best practice to improve campaign effectiveness, automation, personalisation and speed to market.
    • Work closely with the assigned Project Manager, who will manage overall governance, planning, risks, dependencies and delivery controls
