    Your assignment

    You lead the development and execution of IKEA Thailand's visual identity, ensuring that every customer-facing communication reflects our brand values and creative standards.

    • Lead and safeguard visual identity execution across campaigns, channels and customer touchpoints
    • Translate brand strategy into clear art direction, creative frameworks and visual guidelines
    • Develop and deliver inspiring visual concepts that strengthen IKEA's brand position
    • Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs, including digital, media, CRM and offline communications
    • Review and approve visual materials to ensure alignment with IKEA brand identity, tone of voice and objectives
    • Guide and manage creative agencies, designers and production partners to deliver high-quality work
    • Responsible for the adaptation and implementation of IMC content for the local market
    • Integrate visual identity consistently across paid, owned and earned channels
    • Monitor design, retail and communication trends to continuously evolve the visual expression of the IKEA brand
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience and Store Communications teams to deliver integrated campaigns
    • Maintain and evolve country-level brand guidelines, creative standards and governance processes

    Your profile

    You are a creative leader with a strong passion for branding, visual storytelling and design excellence. You know how to balance creativity with business impact and can inspire stakeholders while maintaining high standards across all customer communications.

    • Strong experience in brand management, visual identity, art direction or creative leadership
    • Deep understanding of brand building, graphic design, visual communication and storytelling
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain consistent brand expression across multiple channels
    • Strong knowledge of integrated marketing communications, including digital, CRM, media and retail environments
    • Experience managing creative agencies, designers and external production partners
    • Ability to translate strategic business objectives into compelling creative solutions
    • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
    • Customer-focused and motivated by creating meaningful and engaging brand experiences
    • Structured and detail-oriented, with strong project management capability
    • Excellent communication, presentation and creative evaluation skills
    • Passion for home furnishing, design and creating a better everyday life for the many people
