    • Lead the Country Insights & Analytics (I&A) function to consolidate the data landscape and to enable and embed data-driven decision-making into the retail organisation.


    Your responsibilities:

    • Building the new function of I&A in the retail organization with the accountability for the overall performance of the Country I&A department.
    • Lead and develop a high‑performing team that leverages technological advancements to enable data driven decision-making processes
    • Accountable for delivering tactical and strategic insights and omnichannel sales steering solutions, and for driving adoption of Analytics & Insights products across the country organisation.
    • Co-develop relevant up-/re-skilling programs for the development of analysts and to establish processes and best practices, driving consistency of ways of working and promoting effectiveness in the delivery of I&A and Data Management.
    • Responsible for driving the I&A from country perspective ensuring adherence to overall I&A and Data Management agenda, actively bringing and taking synergies across the organization.


    About You:

    • Proven experience in retail and/or eCommerce and/or digital product development team.
    • Proven experience in leading unknown, navigating in the complex and dynamic environment, creating and implement change, including change management processes and methodologies.
    • Proven experience in the leadership role in Insights & Analytics and Data Management related functions.
    • Strong leadership and people development skills, including various seniority of the team co-workers.
    • Strong understanding of opportunities and limitations of modern data and analytics methods and technologies
    • Experience in stakeholder management in a high-level business environment.
    • Good understanding of data-driven digital product development.
    • Preferable education in business, computer science, econometrics, mathematics or equivalent.
    • Fluent English.


    This role is located in Service Office in Janki.
