    About this work area

    As Country Cyber Security and Data Privacy Manager, you will lead the implementation of IKEA’s cyber security and data privacy strategy at a country level. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while embedding secure and privacy-focused practices into ways of working, systems, and operations.



    Drive cyber security and data privacy initiatives across the organisation
    Guide stakeholders on information security and privacy topics and implement global strategies locally
    Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal governance and stay updated on relevant regulations.
    Drive communication, training, and awareness on cyber security and privacy topics
    Manage risks by performing assessments and implementing mitigation actions
    Build stakeholder alignment and capability through coaching, guidance, and effective collaboration
    Monitor performance indicators such as risk levels, training completion, and response times on incidents
    Handle individual privacy requests and complaints in a timely and compliant matter.
    Stay updated on security trends, tools, and threats to continuously improve practices
