    The minimum salary for this position, based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week), is € 2,440 gross per month. For a weekly working time of 20 hours/week, this amounts to € 1,267.

    Your working hours: Flexible from Monday to Saturday by arrangement and events.
    Please note that this is a temporary internship position from 01.08.2026 to 30.09.2026.

    Your responsibilities

    • Experience of working in a customer-focused service/retail industry
    • Experience of retail marketing management and customer loyalty clubs
    • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in German and English
    • Self-reliant with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
    • Proven ability of having made a difference in positively influencing the business result
    • support content creation across our channels by filming, appearing on camera, editing and writing copy.
    • You bring social media trends to life in the unique IKEA way and act as an authentic online ambassador for our values and our range.



    • Knowledge about market research methodology and analysis
