    • Perform carpentry and paint work in a high quality, efficient, safe and cost conscious manner.
    • Prioritise work to minimise disruption when working on the shop floor.
    • Identify and order resources (materials and tools) for own area of work.
    • Share information and insight with co-workers and relevant stakeholders.
