    • Excellent interpersonal skills and capability to manage internal stakeholders in a high-level business environment

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with markets to ensure prioritized set of metrics in the New Marketing Model goal tree is leveraged to track and optimize the impact marketing activities have on building a strong IKEA brand & multichannel business
    • Lead specific tasks and projects in the analysis of marketing performance for global and local teams
    • Ground marketing performance indicators in appropriate technology and data platforms to operationalize marketing KPIs
    • Execute specific global post-activity performance evaluations, sharing key findings with stakeholders to improve quality of content and media development
    • Undertake ad hoc analysis and recommendations for common Ingka activities
    • Provide subject matter support for the country teams, keep them informed on performance resources and learning to encourage their competence development
    • Together with the countries, evaluate unique and meaningful communication and content to facilitate best practice sharing
    • Work across functions within Ingka Group and in good collaboration with other IKEA businesses
