    Your responsibilities

    • Lead and develop the Product Quality & Recovery team, always putting the customer first.
    • Collaborate across functions to ensure effective product quality, safety and recovery processes.
    • Drive daily operations and ensure agreed working methods, processes and tools are followed.
    • Identify and follow up on product quality, safety and compliance issues and risks.
    • Ensure effective sales stop, withdrawal and recall processes to protect customers.
    • Drive an attractive As-Is offer and efficient circular recovery to reduce environmental and financial impact.
    • Follow up on goals and KPIs and take actions to continuously improve performance.
    • Promote IKEA’s sustainability and circularity commitments in daily operations.
    • Coach and develop team competence while supporting individual growth and succession.
