    What you'll be doing day to day
    We are offering two internships in this area:

    1) Product Manager Intern - Physical Customer Meeting Points

    At Physical Customer Meeting Points we are transforming in-store experiences. We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Product Manager in the customer Self Serve Tools area, supporting the Meet the Range team as we shape the future of our stores.

    Join us in bringing innovative digital products to our customers, enabling them to explore our range and enjoy contextual in-store experiences that inspire confident and joyful shopping. Be part of experiments that drive learning and iteration, based on both qualitative and quantitative data. Learn agile ways of working by being part of empowered product teams. Participate in ceremonies, utilize delivery tools and support with operational tasks.

    2) Product Intern - IKEA for Business

    Are you looking for an exciting internship opportunity to unleash your passion for Digital Products and apply your skills to real-world situations?
    Join IKEA for Business as a Product Intern in the Digital Product Team and help deliver value to our business customers and co-workers through digital tools. You’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders across markets to improve digital experiences and contribute to product development.

    Your tasks will include:

    • Participating in backlog grooming and refinement with the tech team
    • Writing and refining user stories and gherkin scenarios
    • Gathering and structuring feedback from stakeholders
    • Defining KPIs, setting metrics, and creating visualizations with analysts and engineers
    • Supporting QA and validating product features
    • Contributing to problem-solving with the PEDX team
    • Maintaining documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, and dashboards

    We're seeking a proactive, communicative intern who thrives both independently and in cross-functional collaborations.

    We only accept students who live within commuting distance to the office in Madrid during the time of the internship, and who are connected to a university within the country. To participate in this internship, you must be enrolled in a relevant university program or educational course. Full-time is favoured, but a min. of 50% per week is acceptable. No exceptions will be made.

    Duration: Fall 2025. Start date: September 1st 2025.
