IKEA Industry is the first manufacturer of wooden furniture in the world. We produce furniture made of solid wood and wood-based panels for customers of IKEA stores. We produce for IKEA and that's why we are called "IKEA own production".

• direct management and development of departments: technology/ process engineering, laboratory, supplier quality assurance, investments
• ensuring the quality of strategic materials for production
• ensuring the implementation of new products/ changes in products in cooperation with IKEA of Sweden
• ensuring fulfilment of investment plans

• min. 5 years of experience in an international production company
• min. 3 years of experience in team management
• excellent knowledge of operations/ methods in the field of technology, quality, investments supported by conducted projects
• ability to translate strategic directions into operational plans
• excellent influence and relationship building skills
• excellent leadership skills: development/ succession planning, motivating, building engagement
• goal orientation, flexibility and strong focus on cost effectiveness
• open minded for new solution for product, technique, and technology development
• high presentation and communication skills
• English fluency min. B2
