    • You have extensive knowledge of customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, enabling you to provide excellent support in a fast-paced retail environment.
    • You have a strong understanding of customer returns, exchanges, and refund processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
    • You can analyze customer insights and interaction data to continuously improve the customer journey and create seamless solutions.
    • You have a broad understanding of the IKEA concept, brand, values, vision, and ways of working, and are able to apply them in your daily work.
    • You are experienced in change management and stakeholder management, and can effectively collaborate across teams to drive positive outcomes.
    • You have a solid understanding of the omnichannel retail environment and evolving online customer behaviors.
    • You understand the local market and customer expectations and can contribute to delivering commercial and service solutions that meet both current and future customer needs.

    Your responsibilities

    • Ensure the adoption and effective use of Resolutions tools and ways of working, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously enhance the Resolutions experience and operational efficiency for both customers and co-workers in close collaboration with the Resolution/Exchange & Returns community.
    • Identify root causes of customer resolution pain points and drive continuous improvements to Resolutions processes in order to optimize the overall customer experience.
    • Define, develop, and implement solutions and ways of working that support a simple and seamless customer journey across all customer touchpoints, while continuously improving pre-sales, sales, and post-sales Resolutions routines in compliance with local consumer legislation.
    • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the country organization and the IKEA value chain to promote integration, alignment, and a shared focus on delivering the right solution the first time and creating an outstanding Resolutions experience.
    • Build strong emotional connections with customers through meaningful and empathetic interactions, foster a customer-first mindset by inspiring others to do the same, and continuously strengthen subject matter expertise through a deep understanding of the market, industry best practices, customer behavior, and overall business operations.
