    • What you'll need to have

    '-You are self-motivated and can manage routine tasks without constant direction.
    -You are a team player who shares updates and supports co-workers during busy periods.
    -You enjoy helping customers and remain friendly and approachable while working.
    -You can carry out the role’s physical tasks safely and are comfortable working outdoors.
    -You take pride in keeping carts and shopping tools ready for customers.
    -You are available for shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

    A day in your life with us

    '-Collect carts from the parking lot and return them to the store, using the cart mule and following safe operating procedures.
    -Monitor cart availability and respond to busy periods.
    -Walk through the store to check and refill shopping tools, including yellow bags, baskets, and pencils.
    -Keep cart areas and shopping tools clean, organized, and safe.
    -Remove damaged carts or tools from customer use and report equipment or safety concerns.
    -Greet customers warmly, answer questions when you can, and connect them with the right co-worker when they need further help.
    -Communicate regularly with your team about cart levels, changing priorities, and where support is needed.
