    • What you'll need to have

    • Formal qualifications in Computer Science, Business/Finance or similar competence built through the career and minimum 5 years of experience related experience

    A day in your life with us

    • Develop the online Commercial Calendar to ensure online priorities are aligned with, and reflected in the Commercial Calendar.
    • Keep the planning up-to-date with the overview of global and local initiatives to secure the feasibilities, both in terms of resource plan, budget and technical releases to secure the best execution of activities in all channels for IKEA customers.
    • Ensure the plans are being followed and take corrective actions according to set KPI’s.
    • Co-create with different stakeholder to ensure shared goals are met.
    • Coordinate online activities primarily with across functions to ensure consistency across channels. Coordinating online activities related to product launches within the frame agreed with stakeholders.

    This is a hybrid position that combines office-based work with regular field engagement. The role includes visits to IKEA retail locations, collaboration with external market agencies, and requires a moderate amount of travel to support business needs, market insights, and cross-functional initiatives.
