  • Why we will love you

    • You are experienced in operating graphic printing machines in a high-volume, vibrant and fast-paced environment;
    • You are adept at using and working with production tools, such as Cutter, Plotter machines and small hand tools, with strong understanding of digital file formats;
    • You are comfortable with a practical, hands-on approach to work, including using power tools, climbing ladders, installing graphics and working with different materials in the store;
    • You are detail-oriented and have strong interpersonal communication skills;
    • You have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Design package;
    • You have an excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Serbian and English.

    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Production and implementation of graphic solutions that support the IKEA product range and commercial; priorities by preparing files for printing, working with graphic printing machines, cutting and applying PVC foils
    • Implementation of customer guidance and “how to shop” communication that helps visitors easily orientate within the IKEA store;
    • Evaluation of graphic store communication, ensuring that IKEA graphic communication is clear, consistent, understandable, uncluttered and correctly placed;
    • Sustainable use of resources and materials in order to maximize opportunities to recycle and reuse in order to minimize costs, both environmental and financial.

    This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position, based in the Belgrade store. In this role, you will report to Graphic Design Team Leader, and you will be located in Belgrade Store.
