    - Have practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native development.
    - Understand DevOps principles and curious to learn about infrastructure and automation using Terraform.
    - Are comfortable working in agile product teams, owning development, quality, and operations together with your team.
    - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and actively contribute to engineering best practices.
    - Are curious, proactive, and continuously looking for better ways of working.
    - Contribute to CI/CD, observability, and general engineering improvements
    - Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted and agentic coding tools, responsibly and effectively

The IKEA culture and values are central to how we work. To thrive and grow with us, it’s important that you share these values.

    Desired experience:

    - 1-2 years of experience in software engineering.
    - Proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, React, and Node.js.
    - Knowledge about building APIs and distributed services.
    - Knowledge about working with Google Cloud Platform.
    - Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and deployment automation.
    - Strong problem-solving ability and a user- and product-minded engineering approach.

    Nice to have:

    - Experience with modern front-end frameworks and full-stack application development.
    - Experience working on customer-facing digital products at a scale.
    - Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and coding tools such as GitHub Copilot.
