We believe you have:

Experience & Knowledge

At least 3–5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
Educational background in Engineering or equivalent
Good knowledge of production processes, materials and technologies
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or quality tools (RCA, FMEA, etc.)
Understanding of quality systems and Total Quality Management

Capabilities

Strong analytical and structured way of working
Ability to solve problems and make decisions with a holistic view
Capability to lead improvements and secure implementation
Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
