    • Knowledge of how to execute a cross-functional project
    • Knowledge of trends that influenc e home furnishing, retail design and communication to gain insight to a more appealing product presentation for customers in our retail environment
    • Knowledge about customers' living situations in different areas around the world as well as their needs in everyday life at home
    • Knowledge of methods for presenting the range and service range using store media, display techniques and store layout as commercial tools
    • Knowledge of how to steer the customer to relevant products or services
    • Knowledge of the IKEA visual and verbal identity (tone of voice) in order to facilitate the creation of commercial environment with a distinct brand impression
    • Knowledge of IKEA concept, brand objectives, values and vision
    • Knowledge of how to create and implement change initiatives and manage stakeholders in IKEA
    • Knowledge of the IKEA omnichannel shopping experience

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible to lead the planning of retail spaces, commercial layouts, home furnishing- and sales solutions including Food, according to global guidelines, tools, and best practices (based on Ingka requirements, Inter IKEA Retail Concept mandatories/commitments, standard solutions, and Common Retail Solutions) to maximize growth, optimize profitability, and secure inspirational solutions.
    • Contribute in building competence within planning, improve ways of working, share learnings, provide support and inspiration to strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA identity and give guidance on the use of global tools, proven solutions, and best practices.
    • Responsible for rough/fine planning, budgets, capacity, and resources in expansion projects and secure local relevance, market/project requirements, strong commerciality and outstanding customer experience. Develop and create range presentations solutions that reflect a variety of styles, price levels, and life at home activities with seasonal relevance connected to commercial priorities.
    • Take a leading role within the project team and be a speaking partner towards global key stakeholders within Central Planning Hub, Retail Areas, and beyond to secure integration, maximized impact, high level of inspiration, and understanding about people's life at home. Responsible for applying directions/ priorities from global business owners.
    • Responsible to deliver local expansion projects within expected quality, time and budget, focused on low cost. Stay at the forefront of new solutions and contribute to the development of business opportunities to ensure latest developments are utilized.
