    You are a Commercial Activity Leader with strong experience in commercial planning, sales activation and club/customer engagement activities. You understand the IKEA range, customer behavior, local market and competition, and use these insights to create relevant commercial moments that increase customer engagement, drive traffic and support sales growth.

    You are comfortable working across functions and with different stakeholders to turn commercial plans into effective customer-facing activities, both online and in the store.

    Your responsibilities

    • Lead and coordinate the commercial calendar across all customer touchpoints.
    • Plan and execute commercial activities using internal and external media to drive traffic, engagement and sales.
    • Plan and activate club/customer engagement activities, ensuring they are relevant to customer needs and aligned with commercial priorities.
    • Use customer, market and competitive insights to shape effective commercial activities and club initiatives.
    • Collaborate with commercial, marketing and operational teams to ensure seamless execution.
    • Monitor and analyze activity performance and use learnings to improve future planning.
    • Understand the financial impact of commercial activities and contribute to profitable, sustainable growth.
    • Build strong relationships, collaborate and co-create with stakeholders while keeping the customer at the center.
