    As a Sales Manager at IKEA Klang Valley, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver a strong commercial result while ensuring a seamless, positive shopping experience across all channels. You will also play a key role in driving a strong leadership movement - building, empowering, and elevating leaders who can shape the future of our business. By combining your understanding of customers, local market needs, and the IKEA product range, you will contribute directly to sales growth and long-term profitability.

    • Lead and inspire your team to deliver a consistent and enjoyable customer experience across store and online channels.
    • Drive a strong leadership culture by developing, coaching, and empowering leaders within your team.
    • Lead sales performance by executing commercial action plans aligned with store and country goals.
    • Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to support customers effectively.
    • Strengthen omnichannel ways of working to meet diverse customer needs.
    • Analyse performance data and customer insights to improve sales and operational efficiency.
    • Manage budgets, KPIs, and costs, taking action to deliver results.
    • Build and develop high-performing teams, creating a strong pipeline of future leaders.
    • Collaborate across functions to ensure local market relevance and business growth.
    • Contribute to a people and planet positive business.

    • Good analytical and numerical skills for decision-making
    • Knowledge of local market trends and competition
