    • WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • 对家居美学感兴趣，学习能力强，审美在线，最好有设计相关背景，能独立完成图文排版、平面设计；
    • 能通过自己的经验和总结提出内容优化的建议，积极推动事情完成和卓越，而非被动接受指令；
    • 文字表达能力好，逻辑清晰，能把业务内容转化为有吸引力的推文，擅长用视觉/语言表达打动用户；
    • 对数据敏感，熟练使用excel、PPT等office工具，会简单数据分析（如用Excel做趋势图）
    • 熟悉或有能力快速学习新媒体工具（秀米、剪映、AI软件等）；
    • 沟通顺畅，有责任心，能主动对接业务和设计师，按时交付任务；
    • 专业不限，新闻传播、市场营销、室内设计/艺术设计类背景更佳。

    • 具备英文阅读和书写能力

    A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

    • 数据整理：熟练使用excel，能整理简单数据并生成报告。
    • 视频剪辑：剪辑培训课程，添加和校对字幕，需熟练使用剪映工具。
    • 平面设计：制作简单的推文、培训资料、活动海报等，需熟练使用PPT、秀米等工具，保证内容视觉美观统一。
    • 社群运营：维护全屋设计社群，策划互动话题，创造良好的共享平台氛围，提升全屋员工的互动活跃度。
    • 内容创作与发布：需结合业务销售数据，联系设计师收集内容，撰写和编辑推文（包含设计师榜单，设计方案/顾客返图），同时确保风格符合品牌调性。协助培训、课程上线及内容整理。
